How we handle support requests

Questions involving regulated decisions should be directed to an appropriate qualified professional or official authority.

When reporting a technical issue, include the exact page address, browser name, device type, and the steps that produced the problem. This helps us distinguish a tool defect from a file-format limitation or browser setting. Advertising and partnership enquiries should clearly identify the organization and proposed purpose.
